Terms of Service

1. Service provider and acceptance

Antonio Tubito, a self-employed professional operating WhatsThePlan ("WTP"), is the service provider. Address: Rua do Poço dos Negros 150, Apt. 122, 1200-334 Lisbon, Portugal. Contact: hello@whatstheplan.club.

Review and expressly accept the current Terms when prompted. Creating an account or receiving approval does not by itself record acceptance. If you do not accept, you may browse public events but cannot continue the supporter participation flow.

2. Roles

WTP member: Browse public events and access member features where available.

Circle Supporter: Apply for selected opportunities and private plans after individual approval. Applying does not guarantee acceptance.

Supporter: Back events you would go to anyway and access the supporter workspace after application approval. Event rewards may include guestlist, backstage access or plus-ones, subject to the conditions communicated before participation and any required verification of results. Monetary rewards may also be considered as described in section 4.

Organizer: Manage the event programme, capacity, entry conditions and team allocations within the event arrangements and permissions. The responsible Organizer can raise participation or access concerns with WTP or the assigned Curator. Organizer status does not grant access to private supporter profiles or authority over unrelated events.

Curator: Coordinate only the crew or event team assigned to you. Selection, proof review and allocation or withdrawal of access depend on the delegation and permissions granted for that event. Any agreed compensation is documented separately.

3. Supporter obligations

Clearly identify promotional content and the relevant commercial relationship or benefit, including complimentary access, using disclosures appropriate to the audience, format, applicable rules and platform. For Portuguese audiences, use a clear identification such as PUB or #PUB where appropriate; a hidden or ambiguous hashtag is not enough.

Provide accurate information and do not misrepresent your affiliation with WTP, an event or a venue. Only submit work, results and evidence you can substantiate. Follow the applicable event brief and platform rules.

Only upload content you are entitled to use. Do not add unnecessary third-party personal data to proofs or contact records. Before adding another person’s details, inform them about the intended WTP use and obtain their permission. Your acceptance of these Terms is not consent on their behalf, and permission for one purpose does not authorize unrelated marketing.

4. Event rewards and commercial terms

Registration, Circle approval or previous participation does not require WTP to offer future events, keep you on an event team, or provide guestlist, backstage access, plus-ones, rewards or payment. Any specific commitment expressly agreed for an event remains subject to that agreement and applicable rights.

Event-specific commercial arrangements are documented separately with the parties concerned. Conditions applicable to a supporter are communicated before the relevant activity begins.

Monetary rewards may be considered for specific events, depending on the agreed activities and verified results. Any monetary reward must be expressly agreed in writing before the relevant activity begins, including the amount or calculation method, eligibility criteria, party responsible for payment, payment timing and applicable tax responsibilities. Joining the Circle or supporting an event does not by itself guarantee a monetary reward.

Event access remains subject to the stated allocation, entry conditions and confirmation by the responsible event team. Submitting an application or reporting an external access request does not itself confirm admission. If an event or benefit changes or is cancelled, the applicable event-specific agreement and mandatory rights govern the outcome; these Terms do not automatically remove any payment or remedy already due.

5. Separate organizer agreements

Event-specific commercial obligations, including any non-circumvention arrangement, apply to the parties and within the scope expressly stated in their separate agreement. Accepting these platform Terms does not by itself impose an organizer’s commercial obligations or a non-circumvention restriction on a supporter. A document acceptance record evidences the version accepted; it does not establish that every separate agreement has been signed.

6. Content and intellectual property

Rights in the WTP platform, brand and design remain with their respective rights holders. Uploading content does not transfer ownership to WTP. You authorize WTP to store, process and display it only as needed to provide the feature you use, such as reviewing a proof or displaying a profile to its selected audience, subject to the Privacy Policy and access permissions.

Submitting a private proof is not permission to use it in public marketing. Publication or reuse beyond the requested feature requires a separate permission or another applicable right. You must have the necessary rights to the material you submit, including third-party images, music and personal data.

7. Leaving WTP and deleting your account

Participation is voluntary. You may stop using WTP and decline future opportunities at any time. There is no minimum participation period or penalty simply for leaving WTP. If you cannot complete an event commitment you have already accepted, tell WTP or your managing Curator as soon as reasonably possible so that the team and access arrangements can be updated.

You can request account closure and deletion of associated personal data in Account Settings or by emailing hello@whatstheplan.club, including if you cannot sign in. You do not need to accept new participation terms or continue supporting events to make that request. Leaving a crew, leaving an event and deleting your account are different actions: contact WTP if an existing assignment also needs to be closed.

A deletion request is reviewed and tracked; submitting it does not immediately delete the account. Data no longer needed for a lawful purpose must be erased. Any necessary retention is limited and explained under the Privacy Policy. Leaving does not by itself erase payment obligations or rights already arising from a separate agreement.

8. Service availability and responsibility

WTP provides tools to coordinate participation and event activity. Availability can be affected by maintenance, technical failures and external services. No uninterrupted service, event admission, sales result or earnings level is guaranteed by joining the platform.

Responsibility for a particular event, ticket, access allocation or payment depends on the relevant service, the agreement with the responsible party and applicable law. WTP remains responsible for its own obligations. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes mandatory consumer or data-protection rights.

9. Applicable law and disputes

Portuguese law applies to these Terms, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you, including any consumer protections of your country of habitual residence. Disputes are handled by the courts competent under applicable law. These Terms do not require you to waive a mandatory right to bring a claim elsewhere.

10. Circle participation and acceptance

Circle participation requires an individual application review. Accepting these terms does not approve an application, confirm an event place or grant guestlist or backstage access. Provide accurate details, review each event brief and access conditions, and confirm only requests you have actually made. You may decide later and continue to browse public events. New or changed terms require a new recorded acceptance; existing accounts are not treated as having accepted them automatically.

11. Event assignments, conduct and access

Decisions follow the responsibilities of each party. WTP manages individual event-assignment removals in the platform. An assigned Curator may manage their own team and change its access allocations where authorized. The responsible Organizer may adjust the programme, capacity and entry conditions for their event within the event agreement. Either may ask WTP to suspend or end an assignment or withdraw a benefit for the reasons below; a change outside their permissions must be handled by WTP or the authorized decision-maker.

WTP may decline or end a supporter’s assignment to a particular event, suspend participation, or withdraw a complimentary access allocation or conditional benefit where reasonably necessary because of a material breach of the event brief or these Terms, uncompleted agreed requirements, false information or fabricated evidence, harassment, threats or unsafe conduct, or unauthorized transfer or resale of access.

Genuine changes to the event programme, venue capacity, required team size or role, organizer or venue entry restrictions, event cancellation or legal requirements may also require an assignment or access allocation to change or end. The decision must relate to the affected participation or benefit and be proportionate to the circumstances. WTP, the assigned Curator and the responsible Organizer act only within their respective event responsibilities, agreements and permissions. These Terms do not authorize anyone to change another party’s payment commitments or access private supporter records outside their permissions. Removal from one event does not by itself delete the supporter’s WTP account.

Urgent safety or security concerns may require immediate action. You can ask for the reason and request a review at hello@whatstheplan.club. Withdrawal does not automatically cancel earned monetary rewards, payments already due or any mandatory refund or other remedy. Requesting account deletion, refusing optional consent or making a good-faith complaint is not itself a reason for a sanction.
